Cons: • noisy - evening sports games most nights nearby and the windows sound like they’re open • odour in the rooms - pipes smell - needed to ventilate each day • aircon/heater broken - screen completely shattered, couldn’t use (fortunately room was just warm enough without) Pro: • water pressure - shower was very good • basic essentials - has basics you need (pots, pans, etc)'

'This property was so old, the shower had a big crack in the base, it smelt, the bed was terrible , it had lots of permanent people living there, there was hardly any parking, i would not recommend this propery to anybody'
