'This our 3rd stay at the property and once again we thoroughly enjoyed the house and the grounds. We had an opportunity to enjoy horseback riding on site and would definitely recommend that to any visitors. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. '

'I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.'
