'This property was very poorly appointed & maintained. It was not a "5 Star" clean nor did it have all that we expected for the description & price. The beds are truly awful. Low, very hard cheap mattresses, no mattress protectors or pillowtops. Really cold as just a sheet and thin quilt. No heating or cooling in one bedroom which also had hard floor coverings making it even colder. There were bugs, hair, dust and spills over window ledges, throughout the bathrooms, kitchen & stairs.
