'This was our 2nd time staying at the Cozy Bungalow. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, appliances, etc.) you need to cook a full meal. Beds are comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood, great for taking walks. We will stay again on our next trip to Evansville!'

'Great overall. Clean, convenient, excellent place to stay. A few tiny issues with a few ants in one bathroom, the door code apparatus, and the other bathroom's sink seems to leak a little around the hot water handle. Otherwise, the washer-dryer combo was convenient and effective, the showers were fine, and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and freezer were great. Close to many downtown locations.'

'Samer was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a little outdoor balcony. Parking was street parking and we never had any issues finding a spot. The location is close to downtown and the Ford Center. The neighborhood is older and they are trying to refurb it. '

'The cute house on Tennessee was the perfect place for my family and me to crash after a day of helping my sister move out of her house. We appreciated being able to relax after long days of packing and cleaning. '

'There was plenty of room. There were a couple of very small things about cleanliness but overall was very good. Perfect location to some shops, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. '

'This home is nicely remodeled and provided good space for us. It was great to have updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry on site. Bobby was very responsive with communicating, and check-in and check-out were easy. We enjoyed our stay in Evansville.'

'We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!'

'We arrived and the bed wasn’t as described “premium”. That’s a joke. The bed was indented toward the center so that the two of us would have rolled into the middle. We are over 60 years and would have ended up with backaches.Highly disappointing! '
