'Seemed like a home as opposed to a hotel. It was very nice having the kitchen to make hot meals instead of eating in a restaurant. Hostess was very kind and made sure we felt welcomed and that are needs were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again when in Baguio.'

I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. 'Overall the house is clean and comfy but the road to this place is terrible, bumpy, uneven, rocky and very narrow. Itherwise, it's a nicebaccomodation especially for a lrge number of people. Caloy is very helpful!'

'Scam. There were no room booked. We went to Baguio last Friday with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. And surprise! walang room na nabooked. The guards at the reception area told us na marami na na scam dito sa Hotel.com. We tried to contact the number provided and customer service # na non existent. Kahit email wala sumasagot. '

'VERY UNRELIABLE My confirmed reservation 7/9-7/11 which i made a month earlier was not accomodated and was cancelled during the time we were checking in…The property owner and his staff were not able to provide us with VALID reason what happened…VERY dissapointing and its noteworthy to mention that it was raining so hard at that time in BAGUiO and i was travelling with a senior and a baby that we had to look for another accomodatiom at that very moment…NEVER AGAIN…..'

'We loved our stay here. Off the beaten path but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were actually two bathrooms with showers. We didn’t cook but everything was there. The toaster oven was a nice touch to warm up leftovers in. We’d stay there again.'

'Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....
