'The property is well located and spacious. However the downstairs was unuseable because of the overpowering smell of dampness and the remainder of the property is painted in dark colours with poor lighting. This is particularly bad in the bathroom. The bathroom is a classic form over function and it's almost impossible to shower without soaking everything and flooding the floor. 'The host has a lot of work to do to make this apartment live up to its 'luxury' billing. The building is old and not well lit and gate entry codes are unclear. When we stayed, the small shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, the dining room table and chairs were unassembled and a real safety hazard.
