« Enjoyed our stay, cabin was just as presented, new, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and a central location. The screened porch was a favorite spot to enjoy the water and nature. Beds comfortable and a nice bathroom and shower. Definitely recommend!!! »

« This property has a fun array of water toys to play in the lake. Enjoyed the sunrise from the deck and sunset from the paddle boat. Close to great wineries, Seneca Falls, and Geneva. »

« We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for families who want their own space but also have common areas to accommodate meals and fun together. The area was beautiful - lots to explore around the finger lakes. Host response was excellent and it was exactly as described. »

« Our family had an amazing time! Laurie was a most welcoming host and showed us around when we first arrived. She was super accommodating of letting us use their lake mat for the duration of the stay because one of their float we were going to rent was not usable. Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. « Annmarie was an excellent hostess, the cottage was quaint and had everything you needed. Their was a problem with the stove and Annmarie replaced it right away. Beautiful spot with a wrap around porch with lake views. »

« We had a lovely time and even though there was a small issue with the hot water, the property manager responded immediately and both he and our host worked to make everything right. We were very appreciative of their efforts given it was a holiday week. »

« Enjoyed our stay at this cottage located between Sodus Bay and lake Ontario. Great access to both bodies of water. Cottage was clean and cute and had all the basic amenities. « The house is so nice and big! 6 bed rooms instead of 5 as indicated in the presentation. We stayed at this house for the 70.3 Musselman, witch is about a 20 minutes drive from the race start. A great option with kids. Chandra was quick to aswer our questions and very helpfull. The pool was nice and clean. Little suggestions to improve the kitchen: add a toaster 4 slides and a set of ustensils (fork, knife, spoon). I recommand it very much!! »

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
