'I have stayed here before and I am never disappointed. The host always responds in a timely manner. Warwick is an incredible place with many fine restaurants and boutique stores. I was able to complete my Christmas shopping. I will be back. '

'Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. '

'I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. '

'The house is absolutely spectacular—spotless, thoughtfully designed, and full of personal touches that make every corner feel intentional and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were incredible—extremely comfortable and perfect for resting after full days out. 'We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! '

'Place was well stocked and furnished. Host was very responsive. We got snowed in, but when we told the host we wanted to leave for skiing at 7:30am they accommodated and had everything clear. Cannot recommend them enough. '
