« This property and the cabin were an ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We slept well and enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings. Big bonus for me were all the different birds I heard and saw, including a flock of cedar waxwings that kept us entertained for 2 days, constantly swooping over the pond to catch tiny insects. « Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend! »

« We had a great couple night stay that was very relaxing in a last minute booking for a birthday. Host was good with communication and check-in and check-out were very easy.The home is nice and secluded and very clean. We especially enjoyed the back screened-in porch where you can enjoy a chorus of bird song from the ravine. Of special note we had fox and Barred Owl calling at night. « The house was clean, convenient to town and yet private. There was a pond the pups could swim in and then walk the well maintained, on property, private trails. David thought of everything to make his guests comfortable and is accessible as needed. We were in need of a break from the everyday and this fulfilled that need perfectly.
