« This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again. »

« The property had a lake view and the inside was dated but clean. As we parked next to the house, the garage on the left (which belongs to someone else) had broken windows with junk inside the garage. Not a big deal but not a good first impression. The bathroom is very small and is directly off the kitchen. Kitchen and living room are adequate. « Absolutely perfect for 4th of July weekend! It was just what we needed to unwind. The views are spectacular, we could see fireworks displays from all over the lake! Our neighbor also did quite the fireworks display! We will definitely be back! The space was so clean & comfortable, and every amenity you could ask for. »

« Great location. Walk to town and lake easily. Bathroom is very small. Would recommend a night light as it’s very dark at night. Also an additional mirror in bedroom. No real sitting area was the downside. »
