'A lovely setting. Clean facilities. Checking in was problematic as the host had no registration facilities. We never received the email link to check in online causing the host considerable anxiety. Matters were not helped by the host only speaking Spanish.'

'An amazing location but a bit difficult to find on google and Waze. Luckily we found the signs on the road leading us to our location. Spectacular views even in the rain but when the sun shines it is amazing. Overall the property was great but a few maintenance issues could be addressed with the dishwasher, upstairs shower in particular.'

Not really comfortable chairs inside and outside. Some items related with ducked tape and some not even repaired. A little adjustments will make a big difference. Cleaning was way below standard. 'An absolutely gorgeous hotel a short stroll away from Old Town. The rooms are so unique and beautiful and comfortable, the staff so helpful and nice and the pool is perfect to chill around for hot days. Would also recommend the breakfast, we had it a few times Nd it was really tasty and well thought out. It definitely feels like a super inclusive space. Will definitely be back when next in San Sebastian.'
