'Die Unterkunft war bei Anreise nicht ordentlich gereinigt. In den Betten befanden sich Haare von Vormietern. in den Klimageräten befanden sich Schimmelsporen. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich aber umgehend um eine neue Reinigung. die Unterkunft war für unsere Zwecke vollkommen in Ordnung und lag zentral. Ca, 10 min entfernt vom Takadanobaba JR Bahnhof.'

'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'

'We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within 5 minutes. The subway station is...

'Great place to stay, close to trains, restaurants and convenient stores. One of the rooms had 2 large beds and no walking space around the beds, making it difficult to use the closet. I had to climb over the first bed to get to my bed every time I wanted to lay down or use the closet. The other room had alot more space. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and had enough space in the common area for our party of 6.'

'The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.'
