'There was no towels at the pool The bartending was really slow very understaffed and we didn't even get escorted to our room and had to figure out everything by ourselves we had three different rooms by the way maybe this happened because we were Mexican and not foreigners everyone else seem to be treated better sad to say but we also felt that we didn't matter but we also came from the United States and once we tip in dollars everything seem to change'

'We anticipated arriving to Tijuana 1 hour earlier than the check-in time so we decided to go let the staff know we were there and to let us know when the room would be ready. To our surprise, the lovely staff told us we could go to our room right then. We were extremely excited due the fact that we had just traveled 5 hours on the train. After settling into the room, we decided to check out the pool. It did not disappoint, it was clean and refreshing! We are looking forward to staying here again...

'I loved this hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, yummy breakfast buffet, great location, safe parking and most of all Dog friendly. I was here for 5 nights and every day was the same level of service.I highly recommend this hotel and will be booking next time I'm in Tijuana.'
