'Clean room, nice furniture, bright lighting, good WiFi, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Restaurant with tasty food. Quiet surroundings, safe area, 2 km from the main tourist boat hub for Ba Be lake. Reasonable room rate. However, it is far from the tourist area, so there's nothing to entertain at night time. Highly recommend to seek quietness and good food.'

'Stay for 7 days, the check in and check out was quick efficient...good reception customer service..the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels was clean, fluffy...Wifi was good...fridge was cold...daily room cleaning...the breakfast was good, cooked Vietnamese variety, hot pho soups, salads, coffee, juice..a decent 3-4 star hotel to stay at..great price$...it took care all of our needs to feel comfortable at this hotel.'

Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi).
