'Your response is unacceptable. The Royal Hotel was closed for refurbishment at the time of my booking — a fact that should have been known to Hotels.com before confirming any reservations. It is embarrassing that such a booking was confirmed in the first place, and the stress caused is entirely due to your company’s failure to ensure the property was operational. I will be taking this matter up with my travel insurance provider and expect Hotels.com to review its internal processes to prevent...

'The garden room that I booked was just okay a bit disappointed as here is not even a single bottle of water in the room I have forgotten to make provision for water...the breakfast is a bit disappointed compared to the dinner which is delicious 😋'

Leuke plek!'

'Het is een prachtige accommodatie. Hulp vriendelijk personeel. Dineer geweldig en ontbijt zeer goed verzorgt. Echte aanrader. Mooie omgeving'

'Everything was really nice only downfall is that the kids play area was not maintained and mostly broken, and the pool and jacuzzi definitely not worth it, although it's spring water there is still a level of cleaning that could be done it was terribly aweful. Staff and stay were good'

'Great space in the 2 bedroom apartment we had. The internal doors couldn't close and we had an issue with the shower spilling out cause the drain wasn't flowing well. The restaurant food really needs attention - we had raw chips on both occasions we ordered (burgers & sandwiches) and the steak was woefully overdone with the second being good. Amazing space with great amenities for the whole family.'

'Lovely room with attention for detail. Big, nice, clean bathroom. Walking distance to some good restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Unexpected breakfast bags to go 👍'

'the host is lovely but is not aware of bookings made through this platform. We had luck and she and a room were available. The stay was great, however a bit cold in the winter.'

'⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute feel-good recommendation! We had a wonderful stay at The Sabie Town House Guest Lodge and would return anytime. Mr The owners are exceptionally warm and take great care of their guests with genuine dedication. From the very first moment, you feel truly welcome. The rooms are rather simple, but lovingly and thoughtfully decorated. We especially appreciated the complimentary sherry as a small gesture of hospitality, as well as the coffee and tea facilities in the room. The...

'Mooie lodge. Groot en compleet.'

'Beautiful and tranquil location. The views are stunning across the hills and Sabie river. The cottage was beautifully decorated and designed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious '

'Very good '

'Ligging is prima. Tuin is verzorgd. Prijs/kwaliteit is prima.
