« We were so looking forward to our stay at this home. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the basement had flooded. There were a few fans running around the room, so someone was aware of this problem and did not address it, or notify us. It took us 4 hours on the phone to finally get the problem addressed and resolved with VRBO customer service. The host did finally contact us several hours later after we had left the home and found a hotel. Apparently there was an issue with a broken phone?...

« The rooms were spacious, the bedding was clean, and the furniture was acceptable. The house needs some maintenance pretty badly. The flooring, decking, patio furniture and flooring above the kitchen needs to be replaced. The dishes were dirty, sink upstairs and bathtub areas need a good scrub, and there was quite a bit of dust on the walls and ceilings. The bedrooms and living room area was nice. Definitely not a five star. »

« DIRTY and MICE. Second time staying here. First time was dirty but manageable. This time we could not find another place open so decided to stay here thinking it could not be worse. WRONG. Floors were filthy. Walked around in my bare feet and they were black on the bottoms. We had to wear shoes the rest of time in the house. No supplies to clean ourselves. Opened up drawer in kitchen and found mouse droppings and towels shredded by mice. Other drawers had mouse droppings. Next day opened another...

« The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

« Very nice place to stay when in town. We worked remotely for a few days while attending a family reunion. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Quiet and the restaurant downstairs was convenient for lunch. »

« The unit fits our needs when we are in town visiting family. We like the neighborhood and the ability to walk into town for coffee and food. The unit is clean and communication with Joseph is easy and he responds quickly. »
