'Wellness en sportfaciliteiten zijn goed. Ontbijt is geen continentaal ontbijt, vooral gericht op UK-breakfast. Daardoor erg weinig keuze. Erg ver verwijderd van centrum Glasgow. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding helaas slecht. Je krijgt te weinig voor wat je betaalt voor je kamer. Meest teleurstellende is de staff: veelal erg jong die weinig geïnteresseerd zijn in de gasten. Er kan vaak geen glimlach of hallo vanaf, jammer! '

'Point A is perfectly located with main street, shopping centers, underground and diners all in walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean, personel is friendly and the breakfast is good. The rooms are small but cleverly laid out and I like te modern style, opposed to the more common "oldstyle" hotels. I am defenitely coming back to Point A hotel on the next visit.'

'The old style is great and rooms and beds are very comferable. Roomtemperature should have been set at 19 instead of 23 degrees to save on costly energy.'
