'Nick is such a lovely and helpful host and the place is beautiful, peaceful and has everything you need. Unfortunately it was raining all the time so we couldn't explore the area as much as we wanted to but that's UK weather for you.
I'd happily go back to the cellars and would like to stay at the orangery too. '

'A delightful little house on the edge of an estate where the beautiful big house is used as a wedding venue. The property is fairly spartan but the kitchen is well equipped, although there were a few repairs needed. We were very comfortable and pleased to have discovered the Old Dairy!'

'Cheddar and the surrounding area is such a lovely part of the country and the Gatehouse matched that. The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them.'

'Extremely pleasant stay, super clean and the pictures are exactly what you get. Kitchen items make it extremely convenient to cook from home which was a huge bonus. Host is friendly with great communication. The location is also great with good distances to interesting attractions, lots to do around the area! Highly recommended!'
