'My teen daughter loved our stay at Borde and me - a little less so. She was enchanted to stay in a chateaux and loved the grounds, animals, pools, grand decor etc. This is the place to stay for anyone who would enjoy the immersive experience. I found our room to be more rustic than expected. The floors have not been refurbished (ie they are original old and crumbly and I’m sure impossible to clean) and my feet were filthy the entire stay. They do provide slippers, which was very helpful. But...

'Un excellent séjour en famille à Saint Viatre , la maison est grande et très très bien équipée. Bien située au cœur du village avec à proximité immédiate une boulangerie, une boucherie et une petite supérette. Nous y avons trouvé le calme et la tranquillité que nous cherchions.
