'I only stayed one short night. The room was spacious and clean, but bare bones. No lamp or bedside table. There was a really strong smell coming from the bathroom. Like the pucks they use in men’s urinals, but really strong. '

'The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. 'Situated in the heart of downtown San José in a secure building with a night security guard on-site. Unfortunately, there was no on-site parking, but paid parking is located one block away. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Beware, there is a bar across the street which can get noisy on some nights.'
