'Absolutely amazing stay in Great Bend while we were hunting around the area. Phenomenally well equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. Alek was a super amazing host that was super responsive to any issues we had (which were minimal). Don’t hesitate to book this place as it’s only a few blocks from a grocery store and in the middle of downtown. '

'Fantastic little home! Everything we needed! Close to parks, aquatic center, dining and much more. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Have been staying here off and on for a month while we move from a different state. Can’t say enough great things about this place or the owners! Willard is super easy to get ahold of and answers all questions promptly. You won’t regret your stay! Will definitely be using it again Heather '

'This is somewhat of a mixed review. The charm of the box car, the look the feel the uniqueness was wonderful. Would be an awesome place to take a couple grandchildren for a day. We went for an adult birthday trip. Communication was not what I wished for. Was looking for input about things to do and where to eat, I got one suggestion. Sell your community and people will come. Was also looking for my check-in information and did not receive it until 3:50 in the afternoon after I contacted them...

'Host was responsive and property was very clean. Unfortunately we had steaks prepared to grill but the grill did not work, nor did the fire pit or the coffee maker. Overall, a great stay! '

'Worst stay I’ve been on in a while. If you need to use the bathroom don’t. It doesn’t flush but one good time then it will not flush for the rest of your stay. If you like dirt, unusable toilets, spiderwebs, and piles of crumbs under your bed this place is for you! Highly not recommended!'
