'Fantastic hosts and rooms.'

'The hotel was overbooked and the way the manager handled their overbooking problem was a disaster & unbelievable! We booked & paid 3 nights by VISA via Expedia a day before. When we arrived, the receptionist said she couldn’t find our booking from a pale of booking papers & the hotel was full. She called the manager. During the phone call the manager told us we could only stay 1 night but had to check out the next day because it was full on the second night. The manager did not mention...

'Classy hotel that is full of charm and has a perfect location. Very good value for money. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, however this was let down by the two women on the front desk at reception who showed no interest in helping you and were always too preoccupied staring at their phones all day. With the exception of these two women, this hotel is exceptional and highly recommended!'

'Personnel accueillant '

'Perfecte service. Goede assistentie bij organiseren van uitstappen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Half pension genomen naar grote tevredenheid.'

'Propriété globale de l'établissement satisfaisant. Personnel accueillant.

'Nice and clean hotel with a good location next to the river and with no traffic. The room has AC and a nice toilet with hot shower with soap and hair shampoo supplied. The bed is really comfortable!'
