'This property has everything needed for a stay away from home. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking if anyone wants to. A small shopping centre is only minutes away and has the best fish and chip shop. There is a little sofa bed in the living area that has a trampoline base. It is so comfortable. I had a few questions for the host and he answered promptly every time. If I had to stay in Ipswich again I would check the vacancy for this place first. '

'The property was very spacious and light. The tv was enormous,everything was there. Cereal for breakfast,coffee delicious. The beds were very comfortable loved nearly everything about this place. The only thing I found a problem was the shower over the bathtub. '

'This place is very special indeed. Comfort plus, cleanliness plus, lots of kitchen extras supplied ( eg bread, milk, butter and many condiments). Easy heating options if needed. While it is in a suburb, it's about a 15 min walk to the city. Queen's Park is a very easy walk and a number of nice cafes nearby. I challenge anyone to fault this delightful home away from home.'

My family plus grandchildren all stayed and there were games and books for all age groups. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry. Lovely gardens and grassed area for the kids to run around on. '
