« **Title: A Disappointing Stay – Cleanliness Should Be a Priority!** From the moment my husband and I walked into our hotel room, we were greeted by a horrible stench. The smell was so bad that we had to use our own personal air freshener just to make the room somewhat bearable. Unfortunately, the smell wasn't the only issue. The bathroom was not properly cleaned.
