'Front desk seems a bit disorganized, no proper way to lineup. Staff appearance looks too casual for a hotel host. Elevator waiting space is too small and tight. There is a crack on my curtain window that you do not know when it might shatter during strong wind. And no hooks and shelf in bathroom to place your towel or clothes.'

'Unique experience and the chalet was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, and we also enjoyed the visit to the park. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive, but we would love to go back again in winter.'

'Good new hotel, great beds/shower. Only real downside is the breakfast area. That’s way too small for the size of the hotel. What is annoying is that they reserve a 100 dollars per room on your credit card but not unblok it. It has been blocked for two weeks now (since we checked out).'

'Heerlijk appartement. Midden in het gezellige kleine centrum van Chelsea, om de hoek bij enkele leuke restaurants en de ijswinkel. Modern ingericht, goede voorzieningen, goed geïsoleerd (=rustig). Echt een aanrader '

'Le personnel était accueillant et aidant, l'hébergement était propre et nous avons pris un bon petit déjeuner. Le seul bémol est que nous trouvions que la piscine n'était pas très invitante au moment de notre passage (eau très trouble) et que son accès pourrait être amélioré.'
