'Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently '

'Upon arrival staff informed us that though the room was prepaid Hotels.com does not pay the property. The owner gave the staff orders to collect local payment. We complied and paid with the owner's word that he cancelled the Hotels.com reservation. We waited for a hotels.com email but received none. We checked out after a sleepless night due to 3 bed bugs discovered at about 1 a.m. Upon vacating the next morning, the owner assured us of repayment for the one night we did not use by TUESDAY...

'I won’t forget my experience staying here and not in a good way. I’m honestly relieved I only booked for one day. The property’s amenities were not functioning and the staff were extremely unwelcoming and difficult to deal with. What made it worse was the lack of basic essentials, room towels weren’t even provided until hours later. It’s frustrating that a hotel with this level of service is listed on Expedia. I definitely won’t be returning.'
