Kies je hotel in Oblast Smoljan

'The accommodation was excellent. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. My booking included access to the fitness center and spa, which offered a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable, with good natural light and reliable air conditioning for any weather. There’s also a recreation area where you can enjoy a small gathering, celebrate, or simply spend a rainy afternoon playing pool or...

'Rooms were clean. Coffee in the room is not complementary. There is a complementary bottle of water, but only the first day. No iron nor iron board in the room, you have to ask for it and it has to be returned after. No hair conditioner. The pool was great, 25 m and very clean. The stuff in the hotel was friendly. Very poor management in the restaurant. No one on the door to welcome you and sit you. Free breakfast buffet and no waiters around, customers help each other to find out where things...

'Very charming place with welcoming people!'

'Oda temizdi. Personeller çok kibardı. Tavsiye ederim. Odaların mtfağı var. Erzağınızı alıp gidin, kendi yemeğinizi yapın. Ekipmanlr çok yeterli'

'Hepsi diye biliriz, ofa konforundan çalışan personeline kadar herşey çok güzeldi.'

'Evet'

'Ailemle gittim , 2 yıldır üst üste gidiyoruz. Konum ve şartları çok yeterli. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden önce ofaları hazırlayıp verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu.'

'Alt var perfekt'

'It was very good. But the wifi is not. '

'The apartment was very clean, well stocked and great location for our winter needs. Communication with Dimitar was very easy, prompt and helpful. Thank you '
