'On arrival the desk clerk was unable to find my booking and the manager was called. This proved to be an unhelpful experience even though the booking was found he stated that he couldn’t find confirmation of the payment, despite me showing him the confirmation emails from Hotel.com. He appeared completely uninterested leaving me to phone the UK landline available to me so they could resolve the matter. 'We enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Amara suites, caterer's court. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished. It was centrally located for all sites in central Lagos, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki. The staff was very helpful and the check-in was smooth, starting with a complimentary airport pick-up. We felt secure in the compound with adequate security. It was a home away from home. The gym was well equipped . The only complaint is lack of towels cleaning tissues in the gym.'
