'Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.'

'Elevators were terrible. The pull out couch was broken so we had 2 kids that slept on the floor. Location and View was great but glad we only stayed one night.'

'Amazing stay! Came for Blue Jays game and could not have picked a better location for it. Check in was so smooth. Additional parking was super convenient and secure. Rooftop pool was warm and amazing views of the CN tower (note it’s not on the tallest top, but a secondary roof area). Many food options within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Would book here again!'

'This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous.'
