'We stayed in the place for two weeks to study for our doctoral licensing exam. It was a lovely place and very easy to work with the property owner though it was quite loud. It's right across from an elementary school where they are playing/screaming all day and the bird population is quite rowdy nearby. You can heard pretty much anything that happens in the unit or next-door but for a true vacation it would not be a problem at all. Very grateful we had the opportunity to stay here!'

'The apartment has potential to be lovely, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and has a delightful balcony, however it is in a very shabby state currently. It needs some serious TLC to bring it up to standard. Even a lick of paint would improve things. The oversized TV (small lounge area) can’t be used as the remote control is broken.
