'The pictures were of a different apartment that had enough beds/sofa beds for 8 people. The apartment we were given had beds for 5. 3 of us had to go and find alternative accommodation 2 hours before a family event. I messaged host 5 times but no reply apart from leave keys in safe ket box. '

'Wauw, wat een heerlijke accomodatie om tot rust te komen na een dagje Londen ontdekken! We hadden een vroege vlucht en dus vroeg inchecken, bagage konden we achterlaten en de toen we om 12:30 terugkwamen was ons appartement al klaar en mochten we naar de al in! Helemaal geweldig natuurlijk! We hadden een appartement met 1 slaapkamer geboekt en het was nog mooier dan we hadden gedacht! Twee badkamers met toilet waarvan 1 badkamer met bad en douchen in bad en 1 met een douche! Een uitgebreide...
