'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teach Titanic cottage. It was thoughtfully renovated keeping some of the original elements of the old historic cottage yet thoroughly modernizing it. Michael did a wonderful job incorporating the history of the cottage. The home was impeccably clean and comfortable. We will be back! Thank you Michael!'

'Great place to stay'

'It was clean and the staff were very willing to help! Overall, we liked it. We had some trouble with the hot water (the written instructions did not match reality) but a helpful staff member came right away in person and walked us through it. The doors are a bit loud but that didn’t really bother us; it helps that there are only a few other rooms nearby. The kitchen is shared with those few other rooms, but we never had any issue with that; it is well equipped with utensils and appliances. To do...

'Nice, big appartment in the city centre. In the night it was very quite, but during the day until 21.00 hrs there was a very noisy airco from a restaurant nearby. But as said, it did not disturbed our sleep. Appartment has a very nice view towards the bay. Overall, we recommend it'

'The views are amazing and the location couldn’t be better. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the Latin Quarter and the street behind the apartment has great coffee shops and bakeries. Across the street is a beach great for morning walks. '

'Wonderful stay here! Accommodations are clean and just as described. Cool view of the Cathedral right across the street. Easily walkable to everything and close to all the activity but just far enough away that it is quiet. Also right across from University of Galway campus so very accessible to that as well. Highly recommend this place and Doreen is a great host!'

'Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

'Pamela was always quick to communicate, friendly and accommodating. She even helped organise beds for all 12 of us. Place was cosy and modern, great balcony and free parking close to town. Would highly recommend!'

Prima hotel

"Een prima hotel op een centrale locatie in de stad. Vlak naast het trein- en busstation. Met een vriendelijke receptie.Grote schone kamers prachtige bar en en eetgelegenheid, met uitgebreid ontbijt. Miste wel bij het ontbijt een superviser die structuur gaf aan het bedienend personeel"

"Hotelkamer van binnen mooi, maar absoluut geen uitzicht. Ramen geblindeerd en als je deze open doet keken we recht uit op een overvolle binnenplaats met dakventilatoren. We zaten helemaal achterin, met een hele lange gang. Iedere dag lag er ook rotzooi in de gang( borden,bestek,glazen en schoonmaakspullen). Het zag er in de gangen onverzorgd uit. Tevens als er buren de deuren dichtdeden ging dit altijd hard, zat extra haakje in de deur waardoor je deze niet zacht dichtkreeg. Erg vervelend voor je nachtrust. Bar was de hele week gesloten, vervelend want in de avond kon je daar niet van genieten. Spa zat ook bijna dagelijks vol, heel jammer. Voor ons teveel betaald voor wat we kregen. Gaan hier niet meer terug."
