'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience.'

'It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!'

'We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues. '
