« Our stay was okay. The hotel room wasn’t bad, the sink was just dirty at the base. They set up a sofa bed even though we had an infant and needed to set up our playpen. But we could have asked them to take it down after check in. The breakfast wasn’t bad, they had a lot of food. Just busy and expensive. We liked the resort itself and the cafe on the beach. « petit hotel sympa et très bien situé près du lac et de la forteresse.petit déjeuner copieux et personnel attentif. »

« The cottage is very cute. The layout was very good and there was enough room for all six of us. The view was incredible and we never got tired of watching the lake through the large windows! The sauna was comfortable and the teenagers loved heating it and then swimming in the lake. « Die Unterkunft ist groß und bietet viel Platz. Sie liegt wenige Minuten vom See entfernt. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, ist allerdings ziemlich verwohnt. »

It's also perfectly positioned next to Lake Saimaa with a small beach area and a larger dock that can be used for fishing or deeper swimming. The sauna is fantastic - well worth a go, particularly as you can jump straight into the lake after. Also worth praising the host Eeva - she lives on site and will...
