« I loved the location and accessibility to town. Staff was very attentive to my stay and extremely professional. Security was attentive and very polite. Room was cleaned as requested to my satisfaction. Shower was luke warm to cold despite requesting for this to be addressed during my 5 day booking. Despite this I would still return to this hotel. »

« Location: I like the location on top of the hill and to be able to see the whole town was breath taking. Room: Suggest if possible to have an option of a heater for warm in the rooms as it was very cold at night when sleeping. Staff: On staff uniform, have some colors from current all black. Overall was a beautiful place, well designed and will sure recommend to friends. »

« For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again »

« The esthetic was nice, but that is the only thing. Rooms, amenities from internet, bed horrible, no fridge in the room, I had a baby, it was stressful. Staff are slow, the internet was a nightmare, just so much wrong with this place, I will not go back here. »

« The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out. We had to make alternative arrangements for the guest to be hosted at a nearby hotel called Itibo Resort. The experience was very terrible and regrettable in view of the executive that was being hosted and the inconvenience caused. »
