'From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!'

'My husband and I stayed here for an 8 day honeymoon and it was perfect! The staff were so nice and accommodating, the food was incredible and it was conveniently located near Chania so getting to and from was very easy. Would recommend this hotel to anyone I know!'

'Slept well and the room was in good standard. The beach bar/ restaurant had a good selection. Was able to cater for gluten free diet (just a few options for this, but glad they had some!). Handy with a shop within the hotel to get water, milk etc. Beach promenad in spitting distance with many restaurants and Chania old town a 15 min walk away. Great location and the beach was great! Do get water shoes as there are big stones in the water. '

'goed hotel, all inclusive formule past minder bij ons maar was voor 1 week OK. deel van hotel waar wij zaten was net nieuw (1 week open) en ook een nieuwe receptie, terwijl er ook een andere receptie was in het oudere deel. hier was verwarring over waar je moest zijn, en ook was de service in de kamers nog niet optimaal, zoals geen schoonmaak 1e dag; geen koffie/thee op de kamer terwijl er wel apparaten staan; geen algemene hotelinformatie en het personeel was nog erg zoekende. "I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always attentive. The hotel and room were spotless, very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the spa service was also very good. I especially appreciated the multiple swimming pools with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"Prima, maar we zouden geen 2keer gaan. De foto’s van de website kwamen niet geheel overeen met de werkelijkheid omtrent het zicht. Bij sommige kamers kijken de mensen uit het restaurant recht in je kamer.zwembad open tss 10u en 18u savonds. "
