'Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.'

'L'Orange Hôtel est exceptionnel, la chambre suréquipée ( c'était plutôt un appartement, avec cuisine complète). L'accueil est également exceptionnel, tant de la part des employés, que du patron, présent le matin. Ma chienne, très sage mais jeune et un peu remuante, a été acceptée sans difficulté et tout s'est passé à merveille '

'Hotel claimed not to have receive the booking. Resulted in higher fees than booked. Showed a large room but gave a smaller one after booking. Presentation and photos of surrounding, like garden has no relation with reality. The lake contained piles of trash but no water. Hotel located at an odd spot along a busy transport road. Hotel itself was fair. Breakfast though was really good.'

'Room smelled cheap plastic. No hot water in the tap. But shower was OK. Staff was OK, but not very welcomish. OK to stay 1 night.'
