'The communication was awesome. Had a few hickups, but got everything taken care of asap. The water pressure was bad for the most part. Had a hard time washing my hair. One was the whole island had no water but that is not anyone's fault. Had electrical issues that never got looked at. 2 outlets went out so I had to plug fridge & coffee maker in another outlet & had to share the microwave & coffee maker after having to sit them in the floor. Maintenance on the island is slow & I made do. Overall...

'Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the host’s hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. 'The house is just lovely and perfect for our family. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great A/C. We were there for the diving and it was the perfect spot. We could walk to Big Game and the dive boats. Right down the road is a small jetty where we snorkeled and saw lots of sea life, shells and sea glass. I know some might opt for the fancy new resort north of this house, but if you want to really experience Bimini, talk to the locals and enjoy the natural beach and...

'The Martin cottage was perfect for my wife and I. It has everything you need to make your own meals or whatever else. It was comfortable and clean. We had a small issue but it was taken care of extremely fast. Didn’t really expect that, I was impressed. I recommend staying here. '

'Great weekend with family and friends. Photos accurately show the property and having the dock to bring our boat over was key. No frills but a great spot if you’re familiar with Bimini. Amanda was wonderful and very responsive. Would come back!'
