'The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

'Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing.'
