'Its the giant house on the side of the road, parking is by the tree on the hill. Arriving at night was hard to tell, with many small houses around the big house, and drive ways small. 'We checked in later in the night and it was easy. The space has great insulation so it didn't feel like we were waking the whole house. Cozy and clean, we loved the room so much, we didn't want to leave! The grounds are also idyllic- at the nearby pond, we had morning coffee with a friendly cat who sauntered up to say hello.'

'We were in the Burg for the JMU Thursday night football game. This place was perfect. Just outside of town. Easy drive to campus. Enjoyed a pregame glass of wine down by the pond. Hosts were accommodating. Place is just as advertised. One thing to note, the driveway is easy to miss. We drove by it twice before we found it. '

'We loved our stay here. The property was super clean and quiet. The hot tub and grill both worked as advertised. One thing worth mentioning is that the last mile of road in is a single lane, gravel road, that not only crosses through what appears to be a creek but is also quite steep and rocky. While we managed in a Tesla model 3, I wouldn’t advise it, particularly if it is wet. '

'The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too.
