« Staff not friendly. The curtains did not close. The first night the electricity went down 4 times. Pillow case with duty mark. The pictures on the website does not correspond to the actual structure of the hotel. The check in is at 15h00. I only succeeded to get a room at 15h40 (no room was available due to cleaning process). I changed room twice cause the first one had food on the floor. »

« Need to have a true refrigerator instead of a cooler in the rooms Microwave should be there as part of the amenities even though one was provided upon request A gift shop with basic necessities would have been good Everything else was absolutely fantastic, will definitely recommend this hotel »

« Très bel emplacement dans Georgetown, parfait pour des rendez-vous d'affaires! Joli cadre. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Par contre, le service du restaurant est très très lent ce qui gache tout! Alors que la cuisine est simple mais bonne. Pour le prix payé, on s'attendrai à un hotel mieux entretenu, plus à niveau et surtout un service a niveau. »

« Staff helpful but need more training in the ethics of hospitality. I found the music played throughout the resort, morning and evening, extremely loud making it difficult to converse with others. Overall, my stay was pleasant and enjoyable! »

« Love it and will return only bad thing is they program the tv not to stream from your phone and they don't have Netflix or Prime set up so your only entertainment is local channels »
