'The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. 'Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. 'Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.'

'The apartment itself is clean and in a great part of Annecy. We were able to walk to the lake, train station and around town. It was so nice to have a kitchen and it has the basic necessities. Getting up to the apartment is a trek. It’s up a 3-story spiral staircase. This is quite tough with heavy luggage so just be aware! There is a 3rd party service that handles communication and the response time is slow (1-2 hours). We were given mixed information about check in and storing luggage with...
