'Good resort with very friendly personel. We stayed there during ramadan and it was very quiet at the resort. We got an upgrade for the room because there was a bed missing in our old room. That was a very nice solution. The food is good and there are a lot of facilties to enjoy yourself. We had a very nice stay!'

'Very clean property with genuinely helpful staff. The location is super convenient — just minutes from the airport. They even upgraded me to a suite, which was the cherry on top of a great stay. Breakfast had a reasonable spread for the price and was well worth it. Highly recommend!'

'We stranded in Oman due to Travel irregulations and chose the Boulevard hotel. The staff was so kind, helped us with our luggage, even they offered breakfast for non Muslims during Ramadan (which we really appreciated and did not take for granted)! Breakfast was limited but totally delicious and enough choices. The lady at check out was so kind, she even organized a cab for free. I had to hug her. We will definetly come back visiting Oman and also staying again at Boulevard hotel. '

'Dit doet zijn naam meer dan waarmaken! Wat een uitzicht en lekker wat verkoeling in de bergen. Een 4x4 is wel aan te raden om er te komen, maar de weg is breed en gemakkelijk als je deze hebt. Kamers vooraan, of de " losse" units zijn het beste. Diner en ontbijt was ok, beide buffetstijl. Likje verf op sommige plekken is welkom. Het zwembad is het einde!!'

'A modern clean and tidy hotel in Nizwa. Beds were super comfortable and the strong water pressure was a true relief after a stay in a desert camp :) There’s not too much around, but with a car you reach the center in ten minutes '

'Lovely accommodation at quiet part of Nizwa. We were received very friendly and got some tips of things to do in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, we arrived late and left early as we used this as a more budget friendly stay for the Jebel Shams balcony walk. Spacious apartment, king bedroom had a ensuite bathroom and the kitchen the necessities i.e. microwave/kettle'

'We waren ongeveer de enige gasten ( midden januari 2016 ) in dit resort. Het is een mooi opgezet resort met goede appartementen en erg goed eten. Echter is de service van lage kwaliteit, de prijzen veel te hoog en is het strand een beetje teleurstellend. Ook os er geen WiFi beschikbaar, behalve bij het zwembad n het restaurant. Zou er zelf niet weer heen gaan.'
