« I really enjoyed my stay at the "dreaming out loud" cabin/bunkie.The property is hits the mark for the "luxury glamping" market. Well constructed cabins and beautifully decorated and painted. beautiful property with a nice trail and river access. The shared bathrooms were amazing; solid concrete floor, heated building, full plumbing, huge, hot showers. « Very steep and dark path with a few flat pads far apart down side of place to get to entry. Very high entry step with a wobble block to work as step.Once in place was clean and nice to stay and sleep.Only had decaffeinated coffee which was disappointing. No whitener/cream. »

« Overall we were dissatisfied with our stay. Although the dome was cute, we quickly ran out of propane heat and had to add another tank. Also, the next morning we ran out of water. Upon informing the manager, we did get an apology and nothing more. Safety was also a concern. There were solar powered outdoor lights that quickly went out after dark! We won’t stay here again. »

« Bel endroit sur le bord du lac, tranquille, propre et très confortable, bien équipé (extérieur et intérieur). L'endroit est bien situé pour visiter Halifax et les environs. L'endroit permet également un bon dégagement du ciel pour faire de l'observation. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour et notre animal de compagnie aussi. À refaire éventuellement. »

« Pet friendly on the main floor; property is an old working farmhouse with modern amenities. In-floor heating in some rooms with a heat pump, cozy fireplace in one upstairs bedroom and a small wood stove downstairs. Two of the three bedrooms have balconies overlooking part of parlour so limited privacy. Very friendly owner and his pets! »
