« The house is very nicely appointed and was well kept. A few things are worth noting. The main dishwasher was not working and the caretake appeared to know about it but failed to tell us. If you want remote, this is remote. Honestly, you have to purchase everything in town - which is an hour drive away. The nearby restaurant closes at 5. That is not when they stop serving - that is when they shut the doors. »

« We really loved Dan’s place! You couldn’t ask for a better view. It was a great place to get away from it all. My 9 year girls loved being able to explore the beach and we found tons of beautiful shells. Great snorkeling as well! I think we saw one other person walking on the beach during our stay. We did get some no see um bites at sunrise and sunset especially, so it was nice to have the screened in patio, Would still recommend some bug spray or pants during those times. « My Family had a wonderful stay! Pictures truly do not do it justice! The house has everything you would need. The beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. The beach was quiet and the snorkeling was fantastic. Reef right outside your house! Great communication and very responsive whenever a question or issue came up. « If you’re looking for a great relaxing time in a nice updated apartment
Look no further. Well equipped, spotlessly clean, up to date furnishings. You can see the ocean if you look for it, but it’s not an expansive ocean view. Not that the view is bad. Coral Beach Hotel itself if well maintained, the pool is a decent size and depth, the on site bar / restaurant is very nice.Entertainment at the bar Friday and Saturday nights. The beach is steps away and beautiful. »

« Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. »

« The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. If your coming by boat this location has plenty of space for boats. I would recommend to bring sturdy ropes and big bumpers to tie the boat along the dock. « Had originally booked this for with my family, but due to weather we couldn’t cross and host allowed me to reschedule. Ended up coming with friends and was amazing! This is the nicest place I have stayed in Bahamas! House was excellent and super clean, dock was great, even had fenders already attached and right out back. Community pool was nice and right there. Thank you, can’t wait to bring my family here. As a bonus there are lights and what appear to be security camera on your boat.FYI...

« This location is incredible. Great pool and patio, private sandy beach (at low tide) and an awesome open space inside. Lynden took us everywhere we needed to go and was always on time and very friendly and professional. We had 10 people and rented both houses and everyone had an awesome time. »
