« Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good. »

« There won't be enough spaces for me to type how I feel. I had ZERO communication from the owner until we left. I had to sit in the cold for an hour trying to reach VRBO to gain access to the space. They wouldn't respond to VRBO either. AFTER I had to leave the keys in the space rather than the lockbox (because they never communicated to me) they then messaged me 3 times questioning why I did that. I told them they had never reached out to me once and their comment was it was a "bank...
