'This was a wonderful place to stay - everything was immaculate, our room was fresh and spacious, and it was very quiet (despite the hotel being full). The deluxe coffee machine and the fresh muffins were a delight and a welcome start to the day. Although a few years old, the hotel still seems brand new - the lobby, elevator, common areas and our room were extremely well maintained. 'This hotel was retro, clean and very cool. Carry your luggage up the original wood creaky stairs 1-2 flights. Call to find out which room is yours. Seamless. Old and new wood accents. Very nice shared ‘living room’ if you’d like to use it to read, play games, watch tv or just relax and have a tea or coffee. Put your food in the shared fridge. If these walls could talk….. Definitely recommend!'

'Upscale lodge, primary use seems to be for hellisking. The rooms don't have a microwave or fridge, just a coffee maker, so the only local food option is their cafe and the buffet breakfast. We didn't try the breakfast but the cafe was fine for a simple dinner. Only stayed 1 night so didn't get a chance to explore the area.'
