« The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower. Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some....

« Amazing Lodges with fantastic facilities and welcome packs that we didn't expect. Home from home.I left my phone in the lodge and I didn't realise until I was home. A lady found it and handed it in to the office. I called Hambleton when I got home and Ian said he would post it to me. If that's not going above and beyond I don't know what is. « If your looking for peaceful off the beaten track lodgings ,then this is the place for you. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here.The bungalow is well equiped with everything you need. The surrounding area is good for bird watchers with hedgerows,open fields and skies. Not too far (15 mins) is Barnaby sands marsh where we enjoyed long walks as far as Knott end and beyond. Gareth our host was very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. »

« We chose this cottage primarily because it is accessible. Two of the three of us who stayed there are disabled. We were very pleased with the design, fixtures and fittings. The cottage itself is ideal and the location is excellent. The settees were a bit too low for people with limited mobility, but it isn't a major issue. « The outside of the accommodation looks lovely. Upon arriving I actually thought that I was at the wrong place because I couldn’t see any Best Western sign. I left, thinking the hotel was further up and eventually ended up back here where I noticed a tiny Best Western sign near the front door. Rooms are very dated furniture wise and there’s no aircon. The room was like a furnace. Obviously a known issue given that the guest book has a section about a small quantity of fans on offer. The evening...

« Apartment was very spacious and very nice good for families, cofortable beds in a good location with plenty of shops around and beach just few minutes away and two arcades amusement minutes away too.
