'Our Chalet Antoine apartment was beautiful, spacious, well equipped & only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It’s in a great location only a short walk to the town centre where there are plenty of shop’s & restaurants! Zermatt is a truly magical place too.'

'The room was the highlight of Zermatt. Checking in at the sister hotel was not very far to walk and they key your luggage in a locked room if you arrive early. While the outside of the apartment building might fool you, the room was beautiful, bright and redone with all touches of the Matterhorn. Nice small kitchen. The only negative barely worth noting is the bathtub/shower ledge is quite high so it might be a little hard for an elderly person to maneuver in and out of it without help. Zermatt...

'Das Hotel Arca + Naco liegt unweit des Bahnhofes, Skibushaltestelle 150 m vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt (150m), Gornergratbahn und die Fußgängerzone ca.400m entfernt. Neuwertig eingerichtete Zimmer, hohe Standards im Bereich Sauberkeit und Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit aufmerksamen Servicepersonal. Poolanlage (Solebad) sauber und gepflegt, ebenso der Saunabereich (Dampfbad, Finnische, Biosauna). '

'The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay.'
