« Studio in a good location in Chatan, easy to walk to main spots in the area. The apartment and the building were not really dirty, but it did not feel clean either. Sheets were smelling tabaco, maybe because they have been used in a smoking room before? Not bad overall, it is on the lower end of the price range in the area. »

« Would recommend and would stay here again. Excellent location within walking distance of a Family Mart convenience store, many restaurants, a bank, and major attraction area American Village. Was able to watch the American Village fireworks from our balcony. Located a few streets in from a major road, but located on a very quiet street. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Condo Suite for 18 days with a family of 6 (two adult couples, two grown teens). Plenty of room for everyone, was able to do laundry...

« L'hôtel Monpa condominium est tout d'abord très bien situé sur la plage. Très visible de loin aussi. La quasi totalité des chambres ont vue sur la mer. Celles-ci sont très spacieuses et confortables. Rien de mieux pendant un séjour que de se lever avec une vue sur la mer et l'horizon. Les seuls petits bémols sont que les condominiums ne proposent aucun service de chambre ou sinon moyennant 3000¥. L'entrée se fait par un parking et la réception est au 1er étage et enfin les chaînes de télévision...
